Shipping and Returns

Each piece sold by AMP JEWELLERY is entirely handmade. Our photos are deliberately not heavily photoshopped as we believe that our customers need to see the true character and individuality of the piece that they are buying. Where items are made to order from existing designs, small variations may occur in the creation process. Every effort will be made to ensure that you are happy with your purchase - if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please email info@ampjewellery.com so that we can do our utmost to resolve any issues
Please be aware that slight variations in colour may arise due to the device or browser on which you are viewing our website. All photos have been selected to represent the chosen metal alloy and gemstones to the best of our abilities

UK Postage: Free Shipping
UK Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service. All UK orders are fully trackable and fully insured
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please give a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the item. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched
Rest of the World: £70 Fedex Express
Any customs charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

UK Delivery: If the piece is in stock, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery
International Delivery: If the piece is in stock, please allow 2-14 business days for delivery
Special Circumstances: If you need an item sooner than the stated delivery time or require that the parcel arrives on a specific date, then please email info@ampjewellery.com before placing your order
Please note: Items that are made to order have a lead time of 4-6 weeks

We hope that you will be absolutely thrilled with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, AMP JEWELLERY is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase
Alternatively, we will refund any ready made items purchased through this website if returned unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging, within 14 working days following your receipt of the order
Please return your order using a fully trackable and insured service such as FEDEX, so as to ensure safe arrival. Please note that all shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and any international customs duties or sale taxes will be deducted from any refund owed
Purchases exempt from our exchange and refund policy - unless they are faulty - are as follows: made to order pieces, bespoke/commissioned pieces, and customised pieces (please note this includes resized rings, engraved items, etc.)
Any refunds will be issued by the same method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of the return
